Custom-made jewellery and personalised designs are made specifically for you. Therefore, the right of withdrawal does not apply and these items cannot be returned or refunded.

 

Collection pieces
Items from the collection can be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unworn and in their original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

 

If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your jewellery, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will gladly work with you to find a suitable solution.
