SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are handmade with care after purchase.
Please allow 6–8 weeks for your jewellery to be created before shipping.
Shipping times depend on your location and are estimated at 2–7 business days.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation.
Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary.
At the moment, we ship exclusively within the Netherlands.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Custom pieces
Custom-made jewellery and personalised designs are made specifically for you. Therefore, the right of withdrawal does not apply and these items cannot be returned or refunded.
Collection pieces
Items from the collection can be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unworn and in their original condition.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Please check your order carefully before placing it.
If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your jewellery, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will gladly work with you to find a suitable solution.
